Alhamdulillah! By the grace of Allah swt most of the centre development has been completed. Having served the community for over 23 years, the site demolition started late 2019 to make way for the current building which opened to the public in Ramadhan 2021. The total project cost came in at £1.1 million.
A substantial part of this was raised through Qardh Hasan (interest-free loans) during COVID restrictions. Our debt currently stands at £56,000. We urgently want to repay this debt to help us dedicate more resources to our work and give us increased financial freedom to plan a better future insha’Allah! UPDATED 14/06/23
